BOOKING CONDITIONS

• To book a room you will make the full bank deposit of the accommodation to the account number that we will give you. The deposit bank can be made in two parts.
• Once you made the bank deposit, must send an e-mail indicating the operation number. You also need to let us know your transportation, the time of arrival and the details of all the people who are going to stay (adults and children). With this information we will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
• The payment of additional services can be undertaken by credit card, debit card or cash.
• The activities may vary depending on weather and demand.
• In case of delays, you’ll only have six months of validity.
• In case of canceled reservations, the company will retain a percentage of the amount deposited. The percentage is based on how early you let us know the cancelation:
• 6 to 10 days before the date, 50% of the total amount.
• 0 to 5 days before the date, 100% of the total amount.

• Prices do not include rates of transportation and mobility by taxi to and from the different destinations of the city. In case the host requires this service will need to coordinate the rental with an extra cost.
• Prices include Andean breakfast.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Prices DO NOT include taxes.
